My Practice

Treatment Focus

I specialize in couples counseling, DBT, and addiction counseling. I have worked with adults, couples, and teenagers that come from a variety of different backgrounds, with different values. I am a direct and active therapist, because I think people benefit the most from being treated with respect, honesty, and compassion.

My focus is to help you identify what the issues are, so we can set goals to address these issues. I don't think there is always a straight line, so my job is to help us navigate through, without getting lost. Sometimes, we have to work on new skills or strengthening your existing skills, and sometimes, we have to work on acceptance.
